Who is Jenna Langello?

Jenna is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over eight years of clinical work experience as a Physician Associate. She has held positions in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care.

Jenna’s Role at CMR:

Jenna is a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), Team Leader, and a Sub-Investigator at the Waterbury site. As team leader she manages a team of CRCs to ensure that day-to-day operations for trials are running smoothly. As a CRC herself, Jenna works directly with patients in clinical trials. She ensures that patients are comfortable and well informed throughout the entirety of the clinical trial process. As a Sub-Investigator she works under the supervision of the Principal Investigator to make important trial-related decisions and performs critical trial-related services.

Qualifications:

Jenna received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Clark University in 2008. She received her Physician Assistant Certification in 2012 from Duke University in addition to her Master of Health Sciences degree. She has maintained her board-certification as a Physician Assistant, with the State of Connecticut and holds certifications for NCCPA, ACLS/BLS, HAZMAT, CPR, AED and the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS). In addition, she has a DEA license.

She has completed the CITI Training (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) and is certified in the conduct of clinical investigations and the protection of human subjects. Jenna is also certified in Clinical Research IO (CRIO).
