Jillian Reid, DNP

Who is Jillian Reid?

Jillian is a board certified APRN with a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice with over ten years of clinical work experience, she has held positions in Internal Medicine and post acute care settings.

Jillian’s Role at CMR:

Jillian is a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) as well as a Physician-Investigator at the Hamden site. As a CRC, Jillian works directly with patients in clinical trials. She ensures that patients are comfortable and well informed throughout the entirety of the clinical trial process. As a Physician-Investigator she works under the supervision of the Principal Investigator to make important trial-related decisions and performs critical trial-related services. Jillian has worked on over 15 different trials as either a Principal Investigator or Physician-Investigator with Chase Medical Research.

Qualifications:

Jillian received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 and her Doctor of Nurse Practice in 2017 from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. She maintains her board-certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. In addition, she has a Controlled Substance registration, and a DEA registration.  She holds certifications for BLS/AED, CPR, IATA, and the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS).

She has completed the CITI Training (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) and is certified in the conduct of clinical investigations and the protection of human subjects. Jillian is also certified in Clinical Research IO (CRIO).
