Kate Schrack

Who is Kate?

Kate joined our team in 2022, she started as a Patient Recruitment Specialist and with her dedication, problem-solving, creativity, and hard work became the manger for the recruitment and marketing departments. Kate has always had a passion for helping others with an extensive background in volunteer work and community education.

Kate’s Role at CMR:

Kate is the Study Recruitment and Marketing Manager at the Waterbury site. Kate leads a team of Patient Recruitment Specialists and runs the marketing department. She works with patients prior to their trial to ensure they are informed and able to participate. Additionally, she manages both internal and external outreach campaigns. She works with senior management to perform critical trial-recruitment and outreach services.

Qualifications:

Kate received her Bachelor of Science - Biology in 2022 from the University of New Haven in Connecticut. She has completed the CITI Training (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative), HIPPA Training for Research, and is certified in Clinical Research IO (CRIO).
